Ghana hosted the 2018 edition of the Africa Armwrestling Championship at the Hathramani Hall of the Accra Sports from July 26-29, 2018.
The Championship which was graced by top sports officials in Ghana and the Secretary of the World Armwrestling Federation was dubbed a mini-world Championships.
The host, Ghana won with a total of 88 medals, followed by Nigeria – 11 and Mali – 10
